A 12 coaching session package designed for one person. A session is usually held once each week.
Teen and Parents

14 coaching sessions—12 teen sessions and 2 parent sessions. A session is usually held once each week.
Either package includes:
- Session notes You’ll get Jill’s customized summary notes from each session, along with applicable worksheets and training videos.
- Tailored instruction Each week you’ll learn a key concept, get an assignment, and/or view a video as it fits your needs.
- Email support Between sessions you can ask questions and Jill will respond within 48 hours.
- Audio recording Each session is recorded so you won’t have to scribble notes. You can review it later.
